california i met a man who told me he could stall the forclosure in order to give ne time to sell. He charged me 600 per month. unbenounced to me he was granting 1/8 of my property to a fictious person, trust or corperation. i sold my house twice and on both occasions could not close because i could not deliver clear title. He insisted that he does this all the time and swore that he could fix the title yet never did and my house was sold through forclosure. at that time i was in my third escrow. i have lost everything. my equity was approx. 100m. what recourse can i take and will i ever see any of my life savings? please direct and advise. this man is very slick and hasalready eluded the fbi
