What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

My daughter's home is going is in foreclosure in Montgomery County - PA. The home was purchased by her husband who is the only one on the mortgage, she is in title only. The lender placed a judgment against both of them for the foreclosure. Is this legal? This is now showing on her credit as an open item, however she is not on the mortgage. Is this right? How can they come after her if she is not on the mortgage?

That is exactly how it is supposed to work. They are trying to take the property - the suit is proper against anyone with an ownership interest.
