Been working with Bank of America since November of 2011 for an in house loan modification. Finally, November 2nd, 2011 I received my trial modification agreement packet. Typical, 3 months of trial payments then final modification will be approved for on time trial payments. This is to start December 1st, 2011 or when first payment is received. Bank of America accepted and cashed my first trial payment on November 15th, 2011. Part of the trial agreement it states that once modification trial payment is accept the agreement has started and all foreclosure processes and proceeding would be suspended unless I fail to make on time payments. So, November 29, 2011 Bank of America files a foreclosure suit against me???? That is 14 days after the trial modification agreement started plus the agreement states all foreclosure processes and proceedings would be suspended, so why the law suit at this moment in time?
