foreclosure on marital property ...indiana

My husband and I are legally separated. I moved out of the marital residence into an apartment. He kept the house. Also he filed chapter seven bankruptcy. the marital home is now in the beginning of foreclosure. My name is on the house. what can I do?

Either take over the payments and pay all of the arrearages, or cry. Your credit, right along with his, went into the toilet.
