What is the name of your state? louisiana

i own a house in upstate new york that has been forsale for a while and i just bought a house in louisiana. i can not afford to pay for the house in new york and i wanted to know if the house in new york forecloses can the bank do anything to the house in louisiana ? can the bank touch any of my kids money that they have in the bank that is in there name?
