What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

Do I have Any legal Standing at the Approval of Sale Hearing, to ask for proof of ownership of the Note and or the Deed/Title to my property, which was auctioned off and the property was not sold so it was in essence sold back to the Bank? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

And who are you in this? WE can't really know what legal standing you have.

Unlikely. The time to question standing was in answer to the initial filing, not after all legal steps are virtually completed.,,Why do you believe the foreclosing lender doesn't legally own the mortgage and note?

I have been fighting to get my mortgage amount reduced after becoming disabled, since 2007. I would liked to have been able to stay in my residence and had an amicable resolution to my situation but have been unable to work with the servicing bank of the mortgage. At this point I was trying one more avenue, after hearing so much about the bundling and selling of mortgages I thought this might be one final avenue I could try.

**A: you are way off. The time to litigate was long ago not at the sale hearing.
