What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?OH
Hey Home Guru.....gotta a problem, maybe you can make it go away. anyone else who knows what they're doing is welcome to answer. A friend referred her neurotic friend to me to see if I knew what to do about the newly filed default complaint on her home's first and second mortgages. From what I gather, she is at least 8 months behind and has been ill-mentally and has no income, presently, and it looks like her prospects aren't great. The house has been up for sale for a year. No bites, just lookers. She filed for chapter 7 four years ago and I guess it was discharged because she states she can't do that again for 3 years to stall until house sells. Deadline for her response to the court regarding foreclosure complaint is Thursday.
Just tell me what her options are and what procedure she should follow....she's got my phone number, man, and my email! She won't hire a lawyer, can't afford it. Just give me something to tell her to make her go away. I will be eternally grateful! thebee7777
