What is the name of your state? North Carolina. What form do I need to request my part as an heir to an estate that was foreclosed on and their is a surplus from the sale of the house

None. The administrator of the estate would accept the money and apply it to unpaid debts of the estate, if any and then distribute the remainder as the law or will directs.
