What is the name of your state? AZ

My husband and I are separated (not legally), and he has filed our tax return as married filing jointly. The problem is that he filed using Turbo Tax and did not give me a copy of the return. He has told me what refund we're getting (incorporating state & federal), but I want to check the amount. If I send in form 4056, will I have to pay a fee? Will my husband know that I have applied for a copy? Thanks for your help.

There's also the minor detail that he in essence forged your signature to a legal document.

An electronic signature is STILL a signature, after all.
