i was looking at ur forms on line, my question is which forms do i order for a husband trying to sponcer his wife, to become a residant/change of status an how do u find out if he qualifies to sponcer her? any help apreciated, thank you

It really depends on whether the foreign national spouse is already in the US and, if so, in what status. Also it is important to know how the foreign national spouse entered the US, if in the US, and whether the entry was lawful or not.
