What is the name of your state? MO.

I have finally found the reason for my non payment after my divorce in 2001 after my home was sold, and to be divided equally -according to the divorce decree. It was not... All I heard were lies and excuses.

in 2001 -
I was given spousal support by the Court, - because of a neurodegenerative disease,
and yet my ex-husband and his attorney used a fraudulant "QUITCLAIM DEED" dated the year before
my divorce - 2000.
The attorneys name was on the property settlement document from the bank.

I was advised by an expert and my knowledge that I did not sign this deed -it was FRAUD and Forgery.

ex-husbands attorney never presented before the court, but used it after the sale of our home.
the title company did not research the deed evidently.

I was advised to contact - The Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel "
to contact the IRS and the FBI as this is mortgage fraud, I have had 3 attorney's
turn down the case, for all kinds of reasons.

Will Justice be served?

why?

And why did you take five years to notice this?

Why - because it twas a barrage of BS -
as it pertained looking for the needle in the proverbial haystack...
I did not know about the quitclaim deed,
fraud was the last thought or deed -pun unintended
that I would have ever expected from that attorney.
