FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE

Ok HomeGuru, I am posting the crimes in the Real Estate section as you requested. Cal-Vet, a California State agency for home purchases for Veterans fraudulently conveyed property to my Veteran husband and myself. When we discovered that Cal-Vet didn't own the property to sell it to us and that all of the documentation on the house is bogus and that McClellan Air Force Base, Sacramento had used the property as a toxic waste landfill prior to the houses being built, we posted statements on our illegal substandard house to warn the public about what happened to us. An attorney for Sacramento County attempted to force us to remove our FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS from our house by threatening us. When the county couldn't force us to remove the statements the Sacramento County Attorney and a Cal-Vet attorney conspired to have us removed from the property. They filed a notice to have us thrown into the street at Christmas. Eviction is one thing, but conspiracy to violate our rights is something else. Sacramento County employees conspired with the builder to conceal facts surrounding our illegal, substandard, toxic subdivision.

I had to check things out first and have discovered that what you allege is highly likely to be true. I would need copies of the hard evidence. I will email you with a phone number to call to get a secured address to send these documents to.
To prove that I am already on the inside: Code words: Love Canal II.
My preliminary investigation indicates that the property did not have a soils report, EIR or Negative Declaration.
I am working on another Federal government case totally unrelated.
For security purposes, everything else discussed between us must be confidential and outside of this forum.
