What is the name of your state? FL

Fiance went to court as his ex wanted more alimony as she cannot pay all her debt. They have been divorced for 4 years...no children. She gave copies of her loan applications as she holds two mortages in her name that she took out after the divorce. He checked them out and the income she put on them is a lie. She actually has on it that she gets $18,000 a month in alimony....it is a year. The loans were approved and now she is having money trouble. She works part time as a sale woman. The loans are $240,000 and another for an additional $40,000. Can this be used to get her to back off?

Thank you.

And what are you going to do with this information? You can't blackmail her. If you tell the bank, they're just going to make her financial situation more dire if they act.

No, would not blackmail her...just wanted to know if the magistrate that heard the case would realize that this woman fraudulently put her self in this dire economic situation and her ex should not be responsible. The loan officer was her ex son in law. I wonder how much of this is happening everywhere!

Just wanted to know if the magistate decides she should get more alimony...what is his recourse?

Thank you
