What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I worked for a company and I write lyrics in a n notebook and I was pulled into the HR room, and they questioned me about my notebook and if I had any problems/issues with anybody at the FC I told them no and they continued to question whether my intentions were to act out any of my notes or whether my notes were just a stroke of creativity. They kept my book and my badge. Is there anything I can do because I do have free of speech

You don’t have any such freedoms when you are at work. What the US Constitution says is the government shall make no laws abridging your freedoms. It doesn’t say a private party cannot limit your speech.

Just the same they have no right to keep your personal property but given the tenor of your post, i suspect they aren’t keeping your notebook but possibility giving it to the police.

There are limits on speech. It appears you just ran into some of those limits.

What you can do and say at home on your own time is different from what you can do or say in the workplace on your employer's time.

Channeling your inner Dorothy Parker at work to pen a modern version of "Frustration" is probably a bad idea...

Show me where in the Constitution it says that you can be writing lyrics on work time and your employer can't do anything about it.

(HINT: It isn't there)
