What is the name of your state? NJ

Hello to all,

I sincerely apologize for posting this message again. I have received the answer for my previous post but I need further clearification.

As I had mentioned in my previous post, I came here on F1 and letter changed my status to F2. My F2 status got approved on June 23, 2006 and USCIS had sent me approval notice along with my spouse's new I-20 which shows my name as a dependent, approved and stamped by USCIS for Duration of Status.

This year, my spouse had applied for H1b and got approved in June 2007. Because of this, I had also applied for change of status to H4. Recently, I have received a notice of action (blue letter) from USCIS mentioning that they require proof of my valid Nonimmigrant status till my wife's H1b start date which is October 1, 2007.

My question

1. Can I submitt those two evidences (approval notice and spouse I-20) as a proof of my nonimmigrant status? I do not have anything else as I have not travelled outside US on F2.
2. In my last post, I got the answer that I can not submit approval notice to proove my status:confused: as this is not a valid document to establish my status. what else I can submit to USCIS????
3. Is that alright, If I send more evidences than what is asked by USCIS and a cover letter mentioning what I am sending?

I thank you very much in advance. What is the name of your state?
