I would like to know If I can garnish my x husbands wages for alamony and child support. He cheated on me after 13 years of marriage. I have no income yet as I was a stay at home Mom. He is consistantly late and I have no idea when I am going to get the Money, he has a great paying job with the FAA. I talk to him on Monday and he said he was mailing the Money. Well, guess what? I called him today and he laughed and said oh I forgot and I need to go get stamps to mail it. HELP PLEASE If I can Granish his wages please advise me on what to do. thanks
