What is the name of your state? NY

If a creditor wins a judgement, but I already have child support court ordered taken from my paychecks, can a creditor still have the garnishment taken, I read somewhere they cant. Any one know for sure

Yep... I was just about to answer your question... then saw your response. I decided to move on to other posts.
Have a hap-hap-happy day.

Thats okay, I found my answer on a legal website where all the "experts" aren't pretending they have knowledge in the legal field, unlike here where half the posters get a smart remark from some lawyer wanna be who seems to get their jollys on pretending they're half knowledgeable, you have your self a hap-hap-happy day, your arrougunt "wanna be".

Isn't it wonderful when someone tries to insult another... and his lack of education is shown by his poor spelling and grammar!! :D

I was about to call that to his attention also, but you beat me to it. Funny how he was able to find a bunch of legal websites, but couldn't google the answer to his question first...

It would have been easier to find the answer to his question, than to find more than 1 website, then wait for a response, then (if he's smart), still google to make sure he actually has the right answer, and not just the answer he thinks he wants to hear.

Finding the answer on another website is obviously the only way to get the correct answer ,since coming here and building your ego by making you think your an "expert" because you can "google" therefore you must be labeled a "legal expert", how impressive:)
