In Virginia is the report of the Guardian Ad Litem supposed to be given to the parties involved and their Attorneys or is it just supposed to be viewed by the Court? If it is just to be viewed by the Court what can be done if it was given to one of the Attorneys by the person acting as the Gaurdian Ad Litem?
