If he is still here in the US, then you need to file I130, I864 & I765. Check out the help pages on freeadvice.com

Do we need to file all of these at one time?
Or is there an order in which they should be filed? Thanks for answering.I just don't want to do anything wrong that might cause us any problems.I don't know if we will get into a problem with waiting to file these forms after so long.WE have been together for over 8 years, what do we do?

You file them all together.. and add the I131 is the alien wants to leave the country anytime soon.

I would save your money and not file the I-131. Even if they gave you advanced parole, don't use it. You would be subject to a ban.
