Hello!! I am very concerned about an issue that I will be facing in the near future. My fiance pays child support as ordered; however, when we marry, I will be bringing in a greater income than he. I want to know will my income be included in his child support payments? In what ways could I possibly avoid this from occurring? Don't get me wrong, I don't mind supporting the child,but many times the child support money is not utilized in the best interest for the child. Thanks for any help!!! SweetSally

Sally, just continue to keep your accounts seperate. If you already own your home, keep it in your name for now. You can also have a shared account to pool your household operating funds into.
