What is the name of your state? Maryland.

I have been doing a business(LLC) for 2 years and now i am struggling to keep this going.
It's been really hard for us(me, partner) to pay a rent on time. so now we considering to end this business. but we still have about 2 more years lease to end.
is there way we can get out of lease? we even asked a landlord about our situation. but we only got his complain about his hardship and would hire a lawyer.

we do not owe anything thru this business(LLC). we used our home equity to start this business. is bankrupt only our answer?
