So i am going pro se and filing my own divorce, here in Dallas county. My question is that when i file the original petition of divorce with District Clerk's office, and get a stamped copy of the petition, can i get the waiver of citation signed by the respondent within a week or so? I mean, is there a wait time after filing petition or can it be right after the petition is filed?

Thanks
