A: Pay her half the value of the land. Your dad wanted her to have half the land; that's what it says on the deed.

Bills

I have another question on this...We built this house and got the loan on our 2 incomes..after we built the house she decided she did not want to work. And has moved out and not helped pay a single bill in 14 months..So I feel like she has breached he contract to the bank

What was her contract at the bank?

What did it say?

How has she breached it?

Also, actually the longer you stay in the house and pay the mortgage all by yourself, the more likely it will be that the court will find that you should be awarded the land.

So, don't shoot yourself in the foot here by demanding that she make the payments.
