My girlfriend and i just found out that she is pregnant and we are in the middle of trying to get custody of two other kids. The issue is however she lives in New Mexico and i live in Texas. Im trying to see if it is possible to bring my pregnant girlfriend and the two other kids to Texas.

You and GF should consult with the attorney that your must have hired for this complex situation. After all....Children are not kittens or puppies...Right?;)
