What is the name of your state?Washington State
I’m on 2 years probation and one of the things I’m not to do is drink. This is no problem but would like to know why that if go into a restaurant that has a bar I can’t go into the bar and have dinner. In the bar I could have Ice Tea with my dinner and in the restaurant I could had a beer with dinner. I would rather go into the bar because I don’t like kids and don’t like waiting in line for a table. What are my rights in Washington State?

My response:

You seem to forget - - you're not the one making the rules for yourself anymore. You lost that right. Regardless of whether it makes any sense to you or not, it's no longer "your call". You want to eat where you're not supposed to be? Then go ahead. You'll be bunking with Bubba again that night.

There are plenty of restaurants that don't have bars. Why take such a serious risk with parole violation for some chow that you can get anywhere?
