going to court on 6-13 for visitation amendment, any advice??

I am going to court on the 13th of June for an amendment to the visitation. Anyone have any advice?? I think he is going to try to fight, but since he has been in NC since Feb and has seen the child 1 time and stayed only 40 mins. I think I have a chance. I am asking for strictly supervised visits. Please anything would be helpful. I wanted representation this time, but I can't afford it. You all are my only help...
