Hey Pal.. good news with the kid and visitation. It will also go a long way to protect you in the future. I feel that with the amount of evidence you can produce in relation to events leading up to the 'attack' that you will be able to present a huge amount of doubt. You just need that small amount of luck, or piece of evidence that will really put the nail in her coffin.
