Hello, a couple of days ago i got rear-ended by a Huge Hummer (not the H2).
I was driving my 86' buick regal. I got out of my car to see the damages. As i approached the rear of my car i saw that my bumper and trunk was damaged. When i turned arround to speak to this person...HE PUNCHED ME IN THE FACE.
I fell down to the concrete and he started to kick me in my face (with his steel tip shoes/boots) I passed out after the 3rd kick...but remmeber him calling me a little F@C#EN GANGBANGER while he was kicking me.
When i came too i saw him using his cell phone. He approached me and picked me up. He then told me that he was defending himself against me. I was shocked to hear that. He then continued to tell me that i was a gangbanger and that he was afraid for his life so he decided to take action.
I told him i got out of my car to see if there were any damages to my car.
He then apoligized for hitting me but told me that i was wearing a cap, clothes and colors that represented a gang. He asumed i was a gangbanger and that he thought i was going to my trunk to pull out a gun and " CAP HIS A#S" according to his words.
He then told me there is no need to call the cops and that he would take care of all this.
This is were things really get weird...he tells me that he will buy me a new car and give me cash money for my inconveinece. He repeatedly states that if i go to the police he would deny everything and then would make my life hell. He also tells me his lawyers would "eat me and my lawyers for breakfast" and then stated "my money doesnt end"
He continues to tell me he has powerful friends in high places that would back him up.
After he was done speaking he wrote a phone number on a post it and told me to call this number and speak to a person named Scott. He told me Scott is his "AGENT" and he would take care of my needs as far as a car and cash.
He then handed his cell phone to me to call this guy Scott...i called the number and a guy answered saying " this is Scott" i told him who i was and he immediately told me " This is your lucky day kid " he then gave me his address to meet him. He wanted to meet the next day. I told him theres no way im meeting you at your place...he then told me he would meet me at my house if i felt that scared. He then told me i would be signing some papers and after i signed the papers he would take me to buy a new car. He said he would also bring cash to pay me. I said "how much cash" he then said that "it is open for disscussion" I said what about this new car, he told me that he is willing to go up to $25,000 for a new car. I told him since Easter was comming up i would have to contact him after Easter....he said no problem.
He then finnished up by saying " Dont do anything stupid, we know who you are"
After i hanged up, the guy with the Hummer asked me " We Cool ?" and i told him that i will speak to Scott after the holiday. I also told him i want to see his driver license, he told me why? i told him to write the his information down....he said "Hell No". The best i can do is let you copy my plate numbers down. I then said OK. (i didnt want another confrontation with this psyco)
After i wrote the plate numbers down he told me " Dont worry about this i told you i will take care of you, just do what Scott tells you and you will have a brand new car instead of fixing that piece of S#IT "
Now comes my dilema (sorry for not getting to the point earlier) Should i seek legal representation? or take him up on his offer?
Im afraid this person might try to hurt me or my family if i try to sue. Im more afraid of this guy "Scott" than "Hummer Man"
