What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wa

Well i got pulled into the office i was sat down was told i was being terminated because of allegations that i pushed somebody, which wasnt true there was also other things that led me to getting terminated. I believe they fired me due to L&I which i had an on the job injury. Whenever i got in trouble nothing bad happens and i believe since i had a l&i claim this led their decision to let me go.

First, I don't see any "hearsay" here. Hearsay is when someone testifies in court about something someone else said. Some testifying about what they saw (even if they are wrong or even lying) is not hearsay.

But hearsay or not, there's nothing illegal here. A job action isn't a criminal trial where rules of evidence apply and you have to be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Absent an employment contract or CBA, they can fire for no reason. There are only a small handful of reasons that they can't fire you for (race, religion, age, etc...).

However, being fired for filing an L&I claim is illegal. However proving that it is due to this is hard when you admit that they had plenty of other justification "whenever I got in trouble" to fire you.

File for unemployment. Look for another job.
