My husband's ex has custody of three grandchildren in Indiana due to their father's drug abuse. Husband and ex don't get along too well. Ex will not allow husband to have children to visit for weekend or any other amount of time. They are not even allowed to answer their grandfather's e-mails.
My husband is very hurt about this and we don't think she can keep them from him like that, can she? He gets to see them occasionally when we visit his sister in Indiana, we live in Ohio.
Please help us to understand our rights as grandparents. Thanx!!

Grandparent's rights no longer stand up in court. Because of a ruling in the past, the parent's have the last say on who the childs spends time with.

Sorry.
