does the biological grand parents have a right to their grand child after the fater relenquishes his rights? if not why? and if so can you stop it if the have not remained contact in over 3 years? my daughter will be four in august.

The only rights the Grandparents will have to see your child is if YOU decide that they can see the child. Otherwise, due to a Supreme Court ruling..Grandparents have NO legal rights to their grandchildren.

To clarify, Grandparents have no legal rights to court ordered visitation where there is no evidence of neglect or abuse by the parents.
