My wife and I have been legal guardian's of our two grand children for the past four years. Their parents are not devorced but are living with someone else with children. My daughter-inlaw has had another child with her friend who has two children living with them also. He isn't devorced either.
we want to adopt them to take them out of the social service programs and add them to our insurance for better medical care. They have lived with us since they were born. Their biological mother dosen't want us to adopt them, their biological father does.
What do we have to do to legally adopt them?
How do we get started?
