I have friends whose son ,gave up his rights when him and his wife divorced. Now he has visitation and he pays child support. The mother is in an abusive marriage now, and the children have seen this abuse. She has left her kids with their grandparents for a while now. There are drugs in the mothers household and there are people to testify that the mother and step father have been partakers in the drugs. Also as of right now the mother and stepfather do not even have a home, to keep them in. The mother told the children they can move in with the grandparents for good and then changed her mind as she always does. The children have never had a steady home is there anyway that the father or the grandparents can get complete custody of the children? this is in kentucky
