guardian abandons child

i have three children ages 12, 14, and 15. I gave the middle child to my aunt when he was about 9 months old.she has raised him to be a mean and potentially violent, spoiled child and now she doesn't want him. they went to court to have him removed from their house and now the court and the social worker in his case are threatening to have me arrested for neglet for not taking him into my home. They are also threatening to take my two other children away from me. how can they do this?

You are the child's parent, and you're not caring for the child. Simple. What's not to understand about this ?
