I am from Nebraska. Last year I was mentally ill and chose to sign temporary guardianship over to a friend. She has had no problem letting me see the kids until now. I do not have a copy of the court papers, never received them. She is not allowing me to see the kids. I cannot afford a lawyer and am running out of options for a free lawyer. I did not lose my parental rights. She also tried to have me committed with a bunch of lies she made up, did't work though. She also says the kids do not want to see me, ages 14 and 11 though they never had any problem before. How do I without a lawyer legally force her to let me see the kids? By the way I am alot better than when she let me see them last year. What are my rights?
