Hello,

I just heard that Congress approved Presdent Bush's new Bill "Guest Worker", What is it? cause my employer already applied for a Labor Certifaction (ETA 750) and wants to know what the Guest worker program is all about and if he should Cancel on what he is doing (trying to get a H2B) and apply for the Guest Worker thing.

I doubt it concerns you because guest worker program applies to people who have been in the US illegally from before 2004 and it will allow them to become legal and work here for up to 6 years

Oh, and then after the 6 years you can't become a U.S. Citizen? also how do they know you weren't here illegally after 2004 or before?

I heard its not even passed yet...geeze..Im confused lol.
