My fiance was arrested on battery.....he didn't do. Turns out when he gets to the jail he had a warrent for auto-theft and intimidation. Neither of which he commited nor was notified about. I am the only witness as to what happend the day these two felonies were supposedly committed. The kid who intimidation charges were filed for said my fiance took his{the kids} pocket knife and held it to his throat and stole his roomates car...this did not happen....the kid cant describe the pocket knife and has change his story to the owner of the car as to what happend....and he changed his story while telling my fiances mother and I. The prosecuting attorney has had a grudge on my fiance since 98 when the p.a. lost a case he put up on my fiance. He's trying to hang my fiance without knowing this situation. I dont know how to go bout getting a new p.a. or a change of venue. I'm lost and confused and trying to find hope to get my fiance out of jail. I understand he wont get paid back the time he's spent in there...but I do know he's innocent and nobody wants to believe him. The attorney he has now told my fiance that I've told him that my fiance has seriously hurt me....I never said anything like this and have witness' to prove it. My fiance has asked for a medical evaluation twice now and still has not gotten it. He is mentally unstable and needs to be evaluated. The attorney he has not is not doing anything to help him....I want to get a new attorney. What can I do???? What do I need to do to get things going in the right direction to get him out??

His attorney should be able to answer all these questions if your friend asks him.
