H1 transfer (first 2 pay stubs missing)

Hi. I am working on H1b with employer A (current employer) and looking for transfer my visa to New employer (B) . B has already filed my visa under premium processing and i have receipt.l number from USCIS

Question:
1. My H1 visa was approved on 29 april 2015 but first paycheck was ran by employer A from 16 June 2015. I was not paid for initial 1.5 or 2 months, since then i have all pay stubs..

Since my h1 transfer is already filed to USCIS, do they check previous pay periods as well or just the latest 3 ?

I know I can go to DOL and file a complaint, all i am looking right now is to understand if missing initial pay stubs can cause in H1 transfer ?
