H1B approval saying to go home to get stamped before starting job

My H1B transfer came in approved but says to go back home to get it stamped before I start work. What could this mean??
Is it mearly that they want to check my credentials. And can I get that done from here. Also they said they will mail me an explanation but have not done it so far.

You need to get on someones back.. I do not know why they would want to send you back..
