What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Am currently on H4 visa. I have two job offers from two different companies A and B. Both A and B companies are willing to sponsor Full time H1B this year FY2014 Regular Cap (65,000). Can I apply H1B from both A and B companies at the same time this year? Does USCIS treat this as a multiple petition for the same alien?
