If my wife applies now (in next 2-3 days) for waiver (she already has No objection cert. from India)...Would there be enough time for me to get H1B ( I have a ready sponsorer)... I mean will she get the waiver by the time H1B petitions open i.e. April01, 2007. Should I take this chance? please advise

There is no way to predict, but she can ask for expedited processing on the waiver application and you can include the no-objection letters with the H-1B petition.
