i recently was involved in a out of state business transaction that went bad,to make a very long story short i was screamed out cursed out by the business owner sent violent emails that did not directly state harm to me but made me lose nights of sleep than after filing with the bbb i was defamed the statement was "he has a vast criminal record" in which the employee said a police officer stated this which is a lie
the police office has not been cooperative in answering my questions after this incident

i was told i have a case by 3 lawyers also the second part is i toke this to a online site in which that site has allowed users to gang up on me i assume the business's friends and i have sent two emails delclaring my displeasure no answer what is the law againest harassment over forum? there all mocking the fact i got organizations involved and taking personal shots its directly related to my upcoming business and has my full name in which i can be losing future customers daily

the defamtion occured to a letter to the bbb which can affect my future application

no i was just wondering what exactly i can do if moderated forum content that allows harassment is illegal so i can also bring that up in the case because one of the users is directly connected to the business in question

not about to unhinge i just wrote that pretty late at night and had a pretty busy day
