When does the law say enough is enough with e-mails and text messages that are filled with swearing and constant personal attacks? Not to mention unfounded accusations?

I know I know...just delete them but this is really getting old. The last e-mail looks like a verbal volcanic eruption.

What you are describing is Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree which is a Class A misdemeanor (Penal Law 240.30).

First step is to file a police report or speak to your local prosecutor to initiate action. I would speak to the police first.
