I was granted my divorce in August 2000. because our child is disabled I was granted alimony in lieu of child support,so our child would not lose his SSI and medicaid coverage.because our child spends so much time in the hospital i have not been able to find any employer willing to hire me since they would not be able to count on me to be there everyday. my ex is now over $5000.00 behind in alimony payments and has left georgia and gone to indiana in his attempt to avoid paying this.what would be the quickest way to have him brought back to georgia and prosecuted for non-payment? keep in mind i have no money!

I'm in Indiana!!! Tell me where he is... I'll hunt him down for you cuz the state sure isn't. I'm waiting on my ex to run to Florida. I've already been told by the athorities here that it's nearly impossible to enforce payments from out of state.
