Please Respond! Seperated in CA for 5 years. Continued to pay for health coverage for spouse. Now filed for divorce. Am I legally obligated to provide the X with health coverage? She's been living with a boyfriend for 3 years and has a 2yr old by him (if this matters). HELP!

no you are not legally obligated unless the court so orders. so make sure you tell the court you want her off the coverage.
