What is the name of your state? New York
Just had my appeals hearing. My Lawyer felt I had a excellent chance of winning based on the way the hearing went.

How long before i get notice of award? How long before I receive my benefit after that?:)

Had my hearing 4/2007,
Award letter 7/2007
First payment 8/2007

Probably just deoends on the backlog of cases but have heard that alot of people had to wait alot longer than I did.
