Do nothing right now ! IN general as a LL if I don't evict a tenant when the order is ripe and I allow them to stay on, I have acquiesced to them being a tenant once again and if I seek to evict I need to do a full do over.
I am NOT in a high wage area ...in fact a rather low per capita income area ....and I can tell you that getting 24 /7 In home care for a loved one even if no strenous care is involved , runs about $ 480 a DAY and UP and that's just for the person...not meals or anything else like hair care or nails .

The rest of the family is getting a super whopper benefit from your nearly free presence ....

There is no FreeAdvice "rule" (to my knowledge) that prohibits the starting of several threads. The request to keep all related questions to a single thread on the forum is mostly to help the volunteers answering questions. We can help posters better if we know all of the facts and do not have to spend time jumping from thread to thread to find this information.
