What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
HI,
Thanks in advance for your help
I am an artist that recently recreated a garment from a popular movie. It was a custom request and the venue in which I do this lets the customer post in the title of the request..so needless to say the title reflected the name and character of the movie. Also...this online venue keeps an online pictorial record of what you have sold.
The customer was so happy with it and apparently no one can find this garment anywhere so she helped her fellow fans by posting the link to it on a fan blog.
This evening, I received a question from a new user to the site whether or not this item was a "liscenced" product. I do NOT have this listed in my shop to sell. This was in the sold item section as a 1 time past sale.
How should I handle this question.
Should I ignore it?
If I respond how should I respond?
I would never have taken this on if I thought there would be issues with it.
Please advise.
Thanks again!
