help! do i have a defense?

wyoming-driving on suspended (wrong-i know) but was stopped by an officer who said i wasn't doing anything wrong. he had heard i didn't have a license. can they do that? what about lack of probable cause?

red43: There seems to be a lot of pompous "I'm so much better than you" hotshots on this bulletin board. On another thread, I, like you, asked for advice after committing a violation of the vehicle code.

What I got was two condescending flames from "lawrat" and "I am always liable". Oh so helpful. Holyroller's response is even worse, and gives people of faith a bad name.

red43, wish you the best, and hope you get a helpful response from someone on this board who doesn't get an ego boost from calling you names.

thankyou, timdeb. too bad about this board. i honestly thought this was a place where people could and would help someone who needed it. quess that proves right there what an "idiot" i am. of course people judge people by thier own standards. thiefs think everyone steals, liars think everyone lies and idiots think everyone else is just as small minded and cruel as they are.
