Help! Family fued!

Hello, I am in desparate need of advice! I was in Germany with my parents (military) I became pregnant when I was 15 by a soldier. My parents helped me take care of him until I was17 because I was going to get married. My parents were leaving Germany and going back to the states. Before I was married they took me to the German courthouse to sign a paper that said they would have gaurdianship until I was 18 and came back to the states to get him. My parents said it was so my husband and I could settle in and so I could finish school. Well we came back to the states and got him. My husband was abusive and I had decided to leave him and I did not want my son to be in the middle of it so I had my mother come to germany to get him. When I came back to the states she said that she would care for him until I got on my feet. Every time I wanted to get him she would fight with me and say "no". My parents are now divorcing and are trying to use him in thier custody battle! I came back home to care for him and my sisters who still live at home. I have two other children besides him I am a good mother and have been taking care of a housefull of people for the past 8 months now! including him. Is their gaurdian ship legal?
It was never recognized that my husband and I came and got him, So their guardianship was never dropped! I was seventeen when I signed the paper. I am tired of fighting over my son! When I leave can I legaly take him with me?

My sister has also used my name when she has gotton on here,she was locked out of her rental home! Sorry if we used the same thing! My checks are taken care of! I was scared like hell though because I thought they were something bad enough to be arrested over! But that has been cleared up! I use this site to get some advice! My family I'd like to think has been raised differently from everyone else...we have good family values but sometimes as with my parents they do go to the extremes! I have been at home because I have been taking care of my entire family and helping my dad out. My mother just walked out on her family with a boyfriend and I just picked up the pieces and took her place kind of. We do have a lot of family issues flying around right now but it is better to get them solved than let them go on reaking havoc! As for bad checks it is a common mistake, I have just never done anything wrong and I freaked out! And when my children are involved I really go nuts. I didn't ask for you to solve my life, I just asked for advice to a problem. My own mother came out and said they lied to me about the paperwork for my son.
